I have been doing IF for about 8 months now. I started it in stages:
- First by stopping snacking between meals. Still normal 3 times a day meals.
- Then I skipped breakfast.
- Then now I am on OMAD (One Meal A Day), I skip breakfast and lunch. Mon to Thursday. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, normal 3 times a day.
Before IF, I managed to lose about 10kg, but I was stuck. After I do IF, I managed to lose another 10kg.
How about you? Have you tried IF? Please share your experience, pain points, and tips.
